With reference to Your Lordship's

despatch Miscellaneous (3) of 31st October, 1930,

on the subject of the visit of the League of Nations

Committee of enquiry into the traffic in women and

children in the East, I have the honour to transmit

for Your Lordship's information a copy of the replies

made in respect of this Colony to the Questionnaire

received direct from the League of Nations.

The Committee arrived in Hong Kong on

27th December, 1930, and left for Macao on 12th

January, 1931, but will continue to make this Colony

its centre for the visits that remain to be paid in

the far last.
